Jessica Rivera is a designer focusing on residential, commercial, and  cultural projects for OFICINA.LA. Before beginning the office, Jessica worked for the award winning firms Bade Stageberg Cox Architecture in Brooklyn, NY, (2009-17) and Studio Mumbai in India (2006-08). Additionally, she was design lead and compliance consultant for IESO, an agro-pharma company in Southern Illinois (2014-15). She has taught at Pratt Institute and was a visiting critic at Columbia University. Jessica holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Latin American Studies from UCLA, studied Architecture at the University of Valparaiso (Chile), and received her Masters of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in 2008.



Adam Bandler is a designer and curator, working in residential, commercial, and cultural design projects. As the former Assistant Director of Exhibitions of Columbia University, GSAPP, he has co-curated and designed numerous exhibitions in New York and and abroad. Before becoming a Lecturer in History and Theory at Otis College of Art and Design (2020-21), he was a consultant for the USC School of Architecture (2018-19), and was an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Architecture at Columbia University GSAPP (2013-17) where he taught the Thesis Seminar in the Critical, Curatorial, and Conceptual Practices in Architecture program, of which he was also a graduate (2011). He attended Cornell University and received his B. Arch from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in 2008.



Gregory Van Grunsven is a California licensed architect and owner of Vanray, a full-service architecture firm founded in 2012. Gregory received his Masters of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) in 2007 and is a 1999 graduate of Portland State University with a dual degree in Architecture and Sculpture. He has worked in Los Angeles, New York City and the Netherlands on a wide variety of typologies including hospitals, tenant improvement, residential, courthouses, historic renovation, and diplomatic residences. He is also a LEED certified professional. Gregory has taught in the Interior Architecture department at Woodbury University (LA) since 2010 and at Otis College of Art and Design since 2014.
