Vosburg Restoration

A 1954 mid-century masterpiece by Spitzer and Adams, 1954, in the San Gabriel foothills. The house required substantial restorations to preserve the original details—mostly in wood—from degradation over the last 60+ years. In addition to the restorations, the two bathrooms, which had been poorly by a previous owner, were re-imagined based on the opriginal drawings of the house.
In addition to the restorations and interventions of the main house, a detached tea house and listening room were designed, adajacent to a ravine located on the property.
